Ann Westerlund is by far the best experience with a realtor we have ever had buying or selling a home (7). She is a great communicator and always follows through on every request we had or she suggested. Besides finding the home we bought she contacted contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, environmental services, the City of Astoria planning department and was always in communication with the listing agent. She even met with contractors or subs when we couldn’t be there. She is very responsive when answering texts, emails and phone calls. She certainly has an extensive knowledge of the area in and around Astoria . Ann is very friendly and authentic!

I cannot say how grateful I am for working with Ann to sell my condo units. Given the problems with my property and the extreme issues with dealing with a condo board that has a reputation for being difficult and imposing numerous restrictions on owners, Ann was extremely patient. During the final weeks of the sale, another issue arose concerning a permit process with the City, and again, Ann was very helpful. Her manner is professional, she returns texts and calls nearly immediately, even during weekends and after 6:00 p.m. Her advice for dealing with the somewhat odd buyer and the condo board was invaluable.

Ann emailed me back a collection of homes based on my input. The first set of homes and the first one I looked at was the home I'm in now. At every step she was there to encourage me to continue or help through some challenging operations. I may have misunderstood her move in date of 6/27 as there is a 3 day waiting period in Oregon. This caused me considerable anxiety as I had critical services to be installed before 7/3. But it all happened and Ann was critical to the success of my purchase! Thank you Ann!

I was incredibly fortunate to have Ann respond as my agent when I was interested in a house on Zillow. She was absolutely fantastic on every level, listening to what I was looking for and helping me learn the process as a first-time home buyer. I can't think of a single time that I messaged her and didn't get a response back within an hour, I couldn't tell you what day(s) of the week she doesn't work because of the constant availability. Our home buying process was done remotely, and it was so easy and seemless with docusign. The recommendation to use Danielle, with Churchill Mortgage, was just another seemless experience corrordinated by Ann. The working relationship they had made expediting documents super easy. Ann answered every question I had, and there were a lot. She also told us what the style and esthetic issues with the house were when we did the video walk through, which was super helpful in figuring out what work we'd like to do.
